Disclaimers

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, and at any time, even for as reasons as trivial as simply not wanting to. However, I will not abuse this, it is only to keep me from overworking myself and/or taking commissions I am uncomfortable with doing. It is also to reject any clients who do not abide by my T.O.S. and/or cause issues when commissioning me.I am also a full-time student and have little time to manage social media during the week unless I am on break. I do not have set hours that I work on art, since I am a freelance artist.

Before commissioning me

For character commissions, I require some kind of reference, but I am willing to work from a description or a MSpaint sketch as long as it is clear what you want. I would prefer if you provided some art of your character so that I can get a general idea of what they would like.If you're commissioning art of a real-life thing (like a pet, a person, stuffed animal, fursuit, etc), I can also work from photographs. In this case, please try to provide a photo (or multiple photos) with clear lighting and angles for best results.

Payment / Refunds

Unless I explicitly state otherwise, the only form of payment I accept is through Paypal or bank transfers. All prices are listed in Euro. I can accept 50% before starting and 50% after.If you ask for a refund on your own accord, these rules will apply; I can offer a full refund if I have not started, or I can offer a partial refund along with what I've already completed with a percentage of how much I have made. Any additional money sent on top of the agreed amount will be considered a tip, and money sent as a tip will not be refunded with the sole exception of a total refund. If you change your mind about the refund, I will continue to complete the commission as previously agreed with the rest of the payment.If I make an error in your commission, you are free to either edit yourself or correct me on it and I will fix my mistake free of charge. However, once the commission is completed and you have received the finished piece- even if it needs minor corrections- I will not give you a refund.

You may use your completed commission for any non-profit services you wish, such as printing for personal use (NOT FOR RESALE), using it on your social media or website, etc. or anything protected under the Fair Use Act, with visible credit to me as the creator. If you re-post the work onto another website, you must link back to the source or otherwise visibly credit me. Your commissioned art is NOT to be used for NFTs, AI art or training an AI.

In no situation are you ever allowed to remove, edit, or crop out my watermark. If it is accidentally cropped out when using the art as a profile picture for example, then you must credit me in a visible place.
